📋 Description

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations for children and adolescents and create treatment plans.
• Collaborate with psychotherapists on integrated treatment and meds management.
• Work from the Sterling clinic and Frederick, MD up to 2 days/wk.
• Join residency cohort and supervisor meetings to track progress.
• Educate patients and families; manage diagnostic testing and results.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant records; participate in weekly meetings.

🎯 Requirements

• National PMHNP certification required.
• 12 of 40 weekly hours during after-school peak hours.
• In-person clinic work in Frederick, MD up to 3 days/week.
• PMHNP master's degree; recent grad or less than 1 year PMHNP experience.
• Active PMHNP license and DEA in Virginia or on track.
• Three-year commitment after residency (total 3 years).
