📋 Description

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations for children and adolescents
• Create personalized treatment plans, including medications
• Collaborate with psychotherapists on an integrated care plan
• Work from the Fredrick, Maryland clinic up to 2 days/week
• Meet residency cohort and supervisor regularly
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant records and confidentiality

🎯 Requirements

• National PMHNP certification
• 12 of 40 weekly hours after 4 pm ET or weekends
• In-person work at Fredrick, Maryland clinic up to 3 days/week
• PMHNP Master’s degree; recent grad or less than 1 year experience
• Active PMHNP license and DEA in NJ (or on track)
• Residency completion leads to a 2-year Blackbird commitment
