📋 Description

• Full-time hourly remote schedule: Mon–Fri, 11am–8pm CST
• Facilitate patient access to psychiatric services
• Collaborate with teams to ensure best patient care
• Support enrollment and scheduling via phone, email, chat
• Verify insurance benefits for inquiring patients
• Use tech platforms to enroll patients and schedule first appt

🎯 Requirements

• Associates Degree or equivalent healthcare/mental health experience
• 1+ year scheduling experience
• 1+ year customer experience
• Proficiency: Google Suite, EHR/EMR (AdvancedMD preferred)
• Ability to work at a desk for long periods
• HIPAA privacy compliant private workspace
