📋 Description

• Full-time hourly role with a remote schedule
• Support patient access to psychiatric services
• Coordinate with teams to schedule first appointments
• Use multiple tech platforms to enroll patients
• Handle high-volume inquiries via phone, email, chat
• Adhere to HIPAA and maintain private workspace

🎯 Requirements

• Associates Degree or equivalent healthcare/mental health experience
• 1+ years scheduling experience
• 1+ years customer experience
• Proficiency with Google Suite; EHR/EMR experience; AdvancedMD preferred
• Strong multitasking, organization, and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
