📋 Description

• Conduct 30-minute, one-on-one financial coaching sessions with members through a fully virtual
• Provide unbiased financial education across topics such as budgeting, debt reduction, credit
• Tailor each coaching session to the individual’s financial goals, circumstances, priorities, and
• Explain complex financial concepts in clear, practical, and accessible language.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional experience in financial coaching, financial planning, personal
• Familiarity with financial systems, practices, and personal finance considerations relevant to
• Strong working knowledge of several areas including budgeting, debt management, credit, retirement
• Ability to translate financial concepts into clear, understandable, and actionable guidance for
• Fluency in both English and Portuguese, written and spoken.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish trust quickly during
