📋 Description

• Provide excellent customer service to all parties on duty
• Maintain clear, accurate administrative logs
• Control access for tenants, visitors, or vendors as required
• Monitor security cameras and conduct patrols to deter theft
• Respond to incidents and emergencies, and log data
• Other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Able to obtain and maintain a valid Tennessee Security License.
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Able to meet physical functions: lift 50+ lbs, patrol, stairs, inclement weather.
