📋 Description

• Create tasks involving bookkeeping review, adjusting entries, trial balance preparation, financial
• Develop reference solutions that reconcile source documents to final outputs and explain relevant
• Evaluate agents organizing incomplete records, correcting misclassifications, reconciling accounts
• Define scoring criteria for technical accuracy, consistency, documentation, and clarity of client
• Identify missing information and assess whether agents request clarification or state reasonable

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in accounting or a related discipline, or equivalent professional expertise.
• 3+ years of experience in public accounting or providing accounting services to external clients.
• Strong understanding of financial statement preparation and applicable accounting standards.
• Proficiency in spreadsheets and accounting platforms such as QuickBooks, Xero, or equivalent
• Fluent English, with strong written communication skills.
