🎯 Requirements

12+ years of experience in media relations, communications, public relations, or public affairs
Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience
Passion for Earnin's mission
Effective interpersonal skills and excellent written and oral communication abilities
Proven expertise in managing social media accounts
Experience leading external agencies
