Public Engagement Manager

📋 Description

• Establish structured cohort of Instacart shopper and customer advocates across priority Midwest
• Build community, deepen relationships, and keep advocates informed and ready to act.
• Fully utilize digital organizing levers — email, SMS, organic social, and other channels — to drive
• Monitor political and policy developments proactively, identify strategic grassroots opportunities
• Collaborate closely with the Federal Affairs team to target grassroots engagement with federal
• Demonstrate rapid response capacity by mobilizing Instacart advocates quickly and effectively

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in grassroots organizing, community engagement, digital strategy, political
• Demonstrated ability to recruit, train, develop, and deploy advocate networks at scale
• Subject matter expert on grassroots mobilization strategies, with ability to provide briefings and
• Strong digital organizing skills — comfortable with CRM systems, advocacy platforms, email and SMS
• Metrics-driven mindset with experience tracking digital campaign performance and applying learnings
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to craft compelling narratives for
