Public Funding Project Lead

📋 Description

• Lead cross-functional programs across CX, Marketing, Legal, Finance, and Product.
• Build trusted relationships to understand constraints and broker tradeoffs.
• Act as ESA-family expert guiding product, GTM, and support decisions.
• Own the program’s PM systems and cadence: roadmaps, dependencies, status.
• Drive AI-enabled efficiency; build automations for order-fulfillment and invoicing.
• Identify and scale ESA operations; streamline workflows as volume grows.

• Proven PM/Program Management leading cross-functional initiatives.
• Trusted partner across functions with credibility to surface problems early.
• Comfortable facilitating priorities without formal authority.
• Strong operational orientation; turn ambiguity into repeatable workflows.
• Proven use of AI tools to speed delivery and improve efficiency.
• Deep understanding of ESA, public-funding, and homeschooling landscape.
