Public Policy Intern

📋 Description

• Work day-to-day with European Public Policy team across multiple streams.
• Support evaluation of EU policy developments and impact on Cloudflare.
• Develop talking points, policy narratives and materials for events and internal use.
• Compile materials for Sales/Marketing to respond to policy questions.
• Build and maintain relationships with key EU policymakers and officials.
• Engage with business and civil society groups, including trade associations.

🎯 Requirements

• Active, self-starting with academic background in a relevant field.
• Perfect command of English (written and oral).
• Prior internship/work in tech policy, EU institutions, or trade associations.
• Familiar with cybersecurity, AI, privacy and policy topics.
• Strong written and verbal communication; drafting talking points.
• Bonus: technical aptitude to develop/automate AI tools.
