📋 Description

• Conduct detailed research across local, state, and federal U.S. court portals and official public
• Review court dockets and documentation to accurately extract and interpret legal details.
• Classify charges, including felonies, misdemeanors, and infractions, as well as criminal and civil
• Interpret case statuses and dispositions, including convictions, dismissals, acquittals, pending
• Enter findings accurately and efficiently into internal systems while maintaining high data-quality
• Meet established service-level agreements (SLAs), turnaround times (TAT), productivity targets, and

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum qualification of HSC (Higher Secondary Certificate) or equivalent.
• Previous hands-on experience in U.S. Public Records, court research, or background verification is
• Practical experience navigating U.S. court websites, public record systems, and court documentation.
• Strong understanding of U.S. legal terminology and the ability to interpret court records
• Excellent attention to detail, analytical thinking, and data interpretation skills.
• Strong ability to distinguish between charge levels, case types, statuses, and dispositions.
