📋 Description

• Quickly build rapport with federal clients professionally.
• Manage the team's day-to-day activities, performance, and careers.
• Provide org development and strategy support for a new government office.
• Design and facilitate outcome-driven client meetings.
• Counsel on org development principles, strategy best practices, and processes.
• Identify efficiencies in organizational processes and tools.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 8-10 years in org development, performance, or strategy.
• Experience advising on public safety communications programs.
• Able to work strategically and deliver high-quality client deliverables.
• Experience in strategy, consulting, business writing, meeting design, facilitation, or engagement.
• At least 2 years managing people including career planning, feedback, and reviews.
• US citizenship or permanent resident with ability to pass public trust clearance.
