• Proven track record selling into State Government and/or Higher Education accounts
• Challenger mentality: lead with insight, not features
• Value storytelling: craft tailored narratives linking technical capabilities to outcomes
• Executive negotiation & closing skills
• Executive communicator: presenting to and influencing C-suite
• Technical & cloud fluency: security, observability, vector/traditional search, cloud cost
