📋 Description

• Lead Europe-wide engagement with government bodies on AI governance and policy
• Build relationships with policymakers, regulators, and civil society groups
• Monitor and advise on emerging regulations impacting the company
• Represent ElevenLabs at conferences and industry events to advance public policy goals
• Provide strategic policy counsel to leadership on regional trends and business implications
• Define and implement policy campaigns and impact initiatives to drive company objectives

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years’ experience in public and private sector policy roles, focusing on AI and tech
• Strong knowledge of EU AI policy: governance, safety, privacy, data rights
• Proven success designing and advocating policy outcomes; coalition building
• Public policy experience across Europe
• Excellent written/verbal skills, including briefing officials
• Fluency in English
