Lead Publications Teams in the execution of publication plans for assigned assets
Oversee the execution of scientific publications (clinical manuscripts, abstracts, posters, oral
Ensure Publication Plan alignment with strategic plan and Medical Affairs plans
Partner with Publications Director on resources and personnel
Provide managerial oversight to staff (performance, training, feedback, talent retention)
Lead cross-functional Publications Team(s) and drive execution

🎯 Requirements

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree required; PhD, PharmD, Master’s preferred
Relevant certification (e.g., CMPP, AMWA) a plus
4-5 years medical/scientific publications experience required
Pharmaceutical industry or agency experience required
Demonstrated leadership abilities required
Ability to interpret medical data required
