Publisher Business Development Manager

📋 Description

• Identify, research, prospect, pitch, and onboard publishers into the Google MCM account, managing
• Prioritize the acquisition of in-app and CTV publishers while developing partnerships across web
• Guide publishers through Google Ad Manager delegated account setup, policy compliance requirements
• Build and maintain strong publisher relationships, identifying opportunities to improve inventory
• Develop and execute outbound acquisition strategies using cold outreach, industry events, partner
• Monitor publisher performance following onboarding, proactively identifying opportunities to expand

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in business development, publisher acquisition, partnerships, or a
• At least 1 year of hands-on experience with Google MCM, including delegated account setup
• Strong working knowledge of Google Ad Manager (GAM), including ad unit configuration, inventory
• A proven track record of independently acquiring and developing relationships with mid-sized to
• A solid understanding of programmatic advertising monetization, including CPM dynamics, floor
• An established network of digital publishers across web, mobile applications, or CTV.
