Troubleshoot issues on publishers' sites
Enable features/products and assist in trafficking campaigns
Implement new products and handle placement requests
Optimize placements: add/remove sizes and network bidders; adjust refresh/timeout
Trafficking support: direct-sold and PMP campaigns; provide reports and avails
Drive revenue by coordinating with teams to meet KPIs

🎯 Requirements

3+ years experience in Ad Operations or Yield Management
Knowledge of PMPs, header bidding, programmatic advertising, CRM software
Strong knowledge of GAM, Excel, Google products, direct-sold campaigns
Technical background; comfortable reading ad code; CSS a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication
Strong organizational skills; ability to manage multiple priorities
