🎯 Requirements

• 3–5+ years in game production or related roles across full lifecycles.
• Hands-on with live-service games or ongoing content production.
• Comfort with distributed development across time zones/regions.
• Experience working cross-functionally with development and publishing teams.
• Proven ability to manage schedules, deliverables, and communications.
• Strong written and verbal communication; proactive and risk-aware.
