📋 Description

• Create, process, monitor, and track purchase orders, ensuring information is accurate and
• Liaise with suppliers to request product information, quotations, availability, pricing, and
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and purchasing conditions with vendors to secure appropriate value and
• Maintain accurate procurement records, including supplier details, purchase orders, contracts, and

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience as a Purchasing Coordinator, Procurement Assistant, Purchasing Specialist, or
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple purchasing
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy when handling purchase orders, supplier information
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for professional interaction with suppliers and
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, for maintaining data, tracking purchases
• A proactive, dependable, and independent working style suited to a fully remote environment.
