📋 Description

• Provide support to project team on behalf of client and company
• Line manages assigned ICSR staff
• Create and maintain project KPIs for contracted ICSR activities
• Propose process changes to ICSR Operational Lead
• Manage ICSR deviations with ICSR Operational Lead
• Review trackers and timesheet data for accuracy

🎯 Requirements

• Life science graduate, pharmacy, nursing or related qualification in pharmacovigilance
• 3-4 years PV experience, minimum 1 year in line manager role
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Organisation skills with attention to detail and multitasking
• Delegation skills
• Planning and time management
