📋 Description

Provide support to project team activities per client and company
Line manage assigned ICSR staff
Create and maintain project KPIs for ICSR activities
Propose process changes to ICSR Operational Lead
Review trackers and timesheet data for accuracy
Act as SME for the assigned team and support RA & PV Network as needed

🎯 Requirements

Life science graduate or healthcare qualification in pharmacovigilance
3-4 years in pharmacovigilance with 1 year in line management
Excellent written and verbal communication
Strong organizational, delegation, planning and time management
Technical skills and team working abilities
Fluent English (spoken & written), advanced MS Office
