📋 Description

• Line manages assigned ICSR staff
• Creates and maintains project-specific KPIs for contracted ICSR activities
• Proposes process changes to ICSR Operational Lead
• Manages ICSR deviations with ICSR Operational Lead support
• Reviews trackers and timesheet data for accuracy
• Involved in ICSR processing and 2nd QC of cases

🎯 Requirements

• Life science graduate, pharmacy, nursing, or related qualification/experience in pharmacovigilance
• 3-4 years PV experience with at least 1 year in a line manager role
• Excellent communication (written and verbal)
• Organizational skills, detail-oriented with multitasking ability
• Delegation, planning and time management
• Technical skills and team working
