Python Developer

📋 Description

• Design and implement multi-file coding tasks (bugs, features, refactors)
• Write clear specs and reference implementations
• Develop and extend unit and integration tests
• Review peer tasks for correctness and realism
• Identify edge cases, ambiguities, and failure modes
• Ensure alignment between specs, code, and outputs

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced written English proficiency
• 3–7 years of software engineering experience
• Strong Python and JavaScript/TypeScript; know Java/C#/Go
• Backend or full‑stack production systems experience
• Experience with pytest, Jest, JUnit, or xUnit
• Debug multi-file codebases; code reviews and migrations
