📋 Description

• Design multi-file coding tasks across bug fixes and features
• Implement refactoring and testing for tasks
• Write clear specs and reference implementations
• Develop unit and integration test suites
• Review peer-generated tasks for quality and realism
• Identify edge cases and potential failure modes

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced written English proficiency
• 3–7 years of software engineering experience
• Strong Python and JavaScript/TypeScript; knowledge of Java, C#, or Go
• Backend or full-stack production systems experience
• Experience with testing frameworks: pytest, Jest, JUnit, xUnit, Go
• Debugging multi-file codebases; code reviews and migrations
