📋 Description

• Design multi-file coding tasks across bug fixing, features, refactoring
• Write natural-language specs and reference implementations
• Develop and extend unit and integration tests
• Review peer tasks for correctness, clarity, realism
• Identify edge cases, ambiguities, and potential failures
• Ensure alignment between specs, code, and outputs

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced professional English
• 3–7 years of software engineering experience
• Strong Python and JavaScript/TypeScript; knowledge of Java/C#/Go
• Backend or full-stack development in production systems
• Experience with pytest, Jest, JUnit, or xUnit
• Debug and navigate large, multi-file codebases
• Code reviews, refactoring, and production migrations
