• Design multi-file coding tasks across bugs, features, refactoring
• Write clear natural-language specs and reference implementations

• Identify edge cases and potential failure modes
• Align specifications, code, and outputs

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced professional English proficiency
• 3–7 years in software engineering
• Strong Python and JavaScript/TypeScript; knowledge of Java/C#/Go
• Backend or full-stack production systems experience
• Experience with testing frameworks: pytest, Jest, JUnit, xUnit
• Debugging large multi-file codebases; code reviews and migrations
