Python Team Lead, Integration team

📋 Description

• Provide leadership for a team
• Take full ownership of backend features and improvements, from design through implementation
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance backend services using Python and Django
• Build and maintain integrations with external systems, including KYC, geolocation, and payment
• Work closely with product and engineering teams to scope and deliver new integrations
• Implement observability across integration flows, including monitoring, logging, and alerting

🎯 Requirements

• Experience leading and managing a team of at least 3 engineers
• At least 5+ years of development experience, with Python as the primary language and strong
• Proven experience integrating third-party APIs, with deep understanding of webhooks, callbacks
• Payments and KYC integrations are strong plus
• Experience with observability tools to monitor and troubleshoot production integrations
• Strong fundamentals in algorithms, data structures and concurrency
