📋 Description

• Connect Graphcore accelerators with state-of-the-art ML frameworks
• Design features, improve performance, maintain core code
• Work deeply in PyTorch, with scope to contribute to other frameworks
• Influence architecture, quality and direction
• Own challenging technical problems with open-ended ownership

🎯 Requirements

• Strong software engineering skills, with judgements for quality
• Experience developing in Python
• Experience building performant C++ applications in a commercial setting
• Experience in ML kernels, compiler development, ML frameworks or compute-intensive engineering
• Ability to coordinate complex technical tasks with cross-team dependencies
• Clear communication, ownership and curiosity about high-performance software
