🎯 Requirements

5+ years QA leadership experience (team lead/manager).
5+ years QA engineer with at least 4 years automation.
Extensive experience designing tests for enterprise software.
Leadership, coordination, and ability to influence without authority.
Hands-on with CI/CD and Test-Driven Development.
Experience with Agile SDLC and cross-functional teams.
