Lead QA efforts for mobile-first SaaS across iOS and Android.
Develop and scale a mobile automation framework for native, hybrid, and Flutter apps.
Oversee automated mobile test lifecycle: design, execution, reporting, and optimization.
Select and implement mobile testing tools (Appium, Espresso, XCUITest, Flutter Driver).
Collaborate with product to define mobile test strategies and acceptance criteria.
Manage app submission workflows to Google Play Console and Apple App Store Connect.

🎯 Requirements

Excellent English communication bridging technical and business teams.
5+ years in mobile test automation with native/cross-platform apps.
Hands-on with Appium, Espresso, XCUITest, Flutter Driver, integration_test.
Proficient with BrowserStack, Sauce Labs, Firebase Test Lab for testing at scale.
Familiar with Google Play Console and Apple App Store Connect submissions.
Experience with Postman, Charles Proxy, JMeter, Jira, Jenkins/GitLab CI, Git.
