📋 Description

• Lead and develop QA and Testing professionals, providing technical mentorship, career guidance
• Establish, evolve, and govern quality standards, testing frameworks, processes, methodologies, and
• Lead and structure the QA/Test Center of Excellence (COE), strengthening technical capabilities and
• Build and maintain the technical roadmap for the QA discipline, ensuring teams remain aligned with
• Promote Quality Engineering, Shift-Left Testing, continuous quality practices, defect prevention
• Drive the evolution of test automation and the integration of automated testing into CI/CD

🎯 Requirements

• Solid professional experience defining and implementing software testing strategies, with strong
• Strong knowledge of functional, regression, integration, and End-to-End testing throughout the
• Hands-on experience with Shift-Left Testing and quality practices embedded throughout development
• Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, and/or RestAssured, as
• Knowledge of performance and load testing using tools such as JMeter and/or k6.
• Experience implementing Quality Gates and integrating automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.
