QA/Business Analyst

📋 Description

• Develop, execute, and maintain automated and manual tests for DoD healthcare data.
• Verify ETL and data integration by comparing source/target data.
• Query/analyze complex databases to validate data accuracy and integrity.
• Leverage AI tools to identify data anomalies, generate test cases, and SQL queries.
• Lead requirements gathering via stakeholder interviews, user stories, acceptance criteria.
• Maintain requirements traceability; support backlog grooming and refinement.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of QA and data quality assurance in enterprise or federal environments.
• Strong SQL across multiple dialects; query and analyze complex relational databases.
• Experience with automated and manual testing tools.
• Familiarity with ETL and data pipeline testing.
• Experience using AI tools to enhance test planning and data quality.
• Background in DoD, VA, or healthcare data with HIPAA knowledge.
