QA Engineer

📋 Description

• Investigate customer-reported issues by reviewing support tickets, reproducing bugs, and
• Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive test plans and test cases covering core platform
• Perform manual, exploratory, regression, and functional testing throughout the software lifecycle.
• Validate bug fixes before release and define acceptance criteria with developers.
• Contribute to automated testing frameworks and test coverage.
• Monitor quality metrics and suggest testing improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• Professional QA experience with manual and automated testing.
• Ability to analyze issues, reproduce bugs, and write actionable bug reports.
• Good knowledge of Linux CLI and system troubleshooting.
• Hands-on with Claude Code to support workflows.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, or workflow orchestration.
• Experience testing APIs and distributed systems.
