QA Engineer

📋 Description

• Review support tickets; extract reproduction steps and translate issues into bug reports.
• Reproduce bugs across environments and configurations to provide context for fixes.
• Design, write, and maintain test plans and test cases for OSS and Enterprise.
• Perform manual and exploratory testing for new features and regressions.
• Collaborate on acceptance criteria, edge cases, and validating fixes before release.
• Contribute to automated test coverage improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in software QA with both manual and automated testing.
• Ability to read tickets and systematically reproduce issues.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, or workflow tools.
• Experience with APIs, logs, and distributed systems debugging.
• Experience writing automated tests in Java, Python, or TypeScript.
• Strong written English communication.
• Self-directed and detail-oriented; able to prioritize across issues.
