QA Engineer

📋 Description

• The Quality Engineer supports Plant Operations to improve product quality end-to-end (food safety
• Focus on quality measures, packaging/process quality issues, and continuous improvement projects.
• Lead and participate in CAPA, root-cause analysis, and quality tool usage (RCA, Kaizen, FMEA).
• Improve/automate the Quality Control Management System (QCMS) and MOS for quality and conformance.
• Collaborate with production and vendors to reduce non-conformities and losses.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-3 years in a quality engineering role (FMCG/food/process industry).
• Knowledge of ISO/FSSC 22000, IFS, HACCP, GMP.
• Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills.
• Experience with statistical tools, SPC, and digitization of quality tests.
• Ability to perform risk assessment and ensure food safety compliance (HACCP, FSSC 22000).
