• This fully remote opportunity is based in Europe and India.
• Reproduce customer-reported issues, validate fixes, and improve product quality.
• Combine manual testing, automation, and exploratory testing for cloud platforms.
• Collaborate with engineering and support teams to ensure robust releases.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in software quality assurance with manual and automated testing.
• Analyze issues, reproduce bugs, and create actionable bug reports.
• Linux proficiency and command-line troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience using Claude Code to support workflows.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, or workflow orchestration.
• API testing, log review, and troubleshooting distributed systems.
