QA Engineer

📋 Description

• Review AI-generated test results and assess accuracy
• Perform manual, exploratory, and edge-case testing on complex workflows
• Own QA strategy for your squad, including test planning and release readiness
• Write and maintain automated tests in Playwright using POM
• Leverage Claude, GitHub Copilot as core parts of testing workflow
• Collaborate with Dev, Product, and Delivery teams throughout SDLC

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of QA experience (manual + automated)
• 2+ years with Playwright or similar framework; eager to ramp on Playwright
• Own test plans and define risk-based release decisions
• Familiarity with Xray or similar test management with Jira
• Strong Jira proficiency, including ticket workflows, bug reporting, sprint boards
• Experience in Agile/Scrum and cross-team collaboration
