Evaluate and improve QA methods using metrics/retrospectives; integrate AI tools for testing.
Develop, maintain and execute UI/API/end-to-end tests; automate tests; integrate tests into GitLab CI.
Manage defects and test data; coordinate with engineers and product teams; support go-lives and QA events.
