QA Engineer

📋 Description

• Take ownership of QA activities within cross-functional teams across the lifecycle.
• Design, execute, and maintain testing strategies (functional, UI, API, integration).
• Validate web apps across browsers/devices for pixel-perfect UX.
• Test API endpoints, authentication, payload validation, errors, and third-party integrations.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and design to define quality early.
• Create reusable test cases, defect reports, and documentation for issue resolution.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of manual and semi-automated testing of web apps.
• 2+ years API testing including authentication, payload validation, and error handling.
• Experience testing payment platforms, financial apps, or transactional systems.
• Strong knowledge of Postman, Swagger, Chrome DevTools, SQL, TestRail or Xray.
• Understanding SDLC, STLC, and Agile methods (Scrum/Kanban).
• Experience with responsive UI testing across browsers, OS, and devices.
