QA Engineer

📋 Description

• Investigate customer-reported issues by reviewing tickets, reproducing bugs, documenting findings.
• Design, develop, and maintain test plans and cases for core platform and enterprise features.
• Perform manual, exploratory, regression, and functional testing across the SDLC.
• Validate bug fixes with engineers; define acceptance criteria and edge cases.
• Contribute to automated testing frameworks and coverage.
• Monitor quality metrics and suggest testing improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in QA with manual and automated testing.
• Analyze issues, reproduce bugs, and write actionable bug reports.
• Linux knowledge with CLI and troubleshooting.
• Hands-on with Claude Code to support workflows.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, or orchestration tools.
• Experience testing APIs, logs, and distributed systems.
