QA Engineer - O2C & Enterprise Billing Testing

📋 Description

• Execute comprehensive test strategies for the entire Opportunity-to-Cash lifecycle.
• Trace data payloads from Salesforce CPQ through to NetSuite.
• Take ownership of testing the Enterprise Billing Platform.
• Validate invoice generation, taxation (Avalara), proration, discounts, credits, tiered and
• Own and maintain structured test plans in Xray for all buying programs (PAYG, Savings Plan, Volume
• Take ownership of end-to-end payment flows through Braintree.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of QA experience with a heavy focus on Quote-to-Cash / Order-to-Cash business processes
• Hands-on experience configuring and testing Salesforce CPQ
• Experience testing complex billing systems such as BillingPlatform, Zuora, or similar
• Hands-on experience testing enterprise payment gateways (Braintree preferred; Stripe or Adyen
• Familiarity with provisioning and event-driven middleware (Boomi or equivalent)
• Proficient in Jira and Xray for defect tracking and test management
