QA Lead

📋 Description

• Coordinate QA activities, priorities and deliverables across multiple projects and milestones.
• Delegate and track QA tasks based on project priorities, timelines and team capacity.
• Act as a key link between QA and Development, helping communicate bugs, priorities, requirements
• Monitor QA progress and provide clear updates on testing, critical issues, blockers and delivery
• Coordinate with external QA teams to ensure testing activities align with project requirements and
• Maintain bug tracking, QA plans, test documentation and supporting processes across projects.

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated professional experience in Quality Assurance, preferably within the video game
• 5+ years’ experience progressing through QA roles, with a strong understanding of the QA lifecycle
• 2+ years’ experience taking on leadership, coordination or mentoring responsibilities within a QA
• Experience coordinating QA activities across projects, milestones or releases.
• Strong understanding of Agile development and software/game development processes.
• Experience managing and prioritising tasks across multiple projects or workstreams.
