QA Lead

📋 Description

• Own the QA strategy for the Revenue Systems stack, defining test approach, coverage, and risk areas
• Design test plans and test cases for new features, integrations, and configuration changes
• Identify high-risk areas of the system (integrations, automation, data flows) that require deeper
• Continuously evolve and automate QA processes and tooling as the Revenue Systems portfolio grows in
• Lead and coordinate UAT cycles alongside Business Analysts, ensuring test plans are executed
• Personally execute test scripts for critical or complex scenarios, particularly around integrations

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of QA experience in a SaaS or B2B environment, including hands-on testing of CRM, CPQ, or
• Experience operating as a senior or lead-level individual contributor, setting QA direction without
• Experience testing Salesforce configuration and automation (Flows, validation rules, approval
• Exposure to CPQ platforms (Conga CPQ or comparable) and the quote-to-cash process is a plus.
• Familiarity with integration testing across systems such as NetSuite and Workato (or comparable
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred but not required; ISTQB or equivalent QA
