📋 Description

• Lead, hire, and develop QA Engineers across levels II/III.
• Own QA for releases; track delivery and unblock teams.
• Own QA strategy; ensure test coverage and governance.
• Oversee QA release process; enforce gates before release.
• Escalate complex defects and QA risks; engage stakeholders.
• Drive automation roadmap; CI/CD integration to cut regressions.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years QA; 2-3 years in lead role with people mgmt.
• Hands-on in releases; track delivery; remove blockers.
• Release governance; go/no-go decisions and sign-offs.
• Manual, API/backend testing, and automation.
