📋 Description

• Lead go/no-go decisions for production releases.
• Own end-to-end QA strategy for large multi-team features.
• Execute E2E, regression, exploratory and API tests.
• AI-assisted workflows to speed test design and coverage.
• Mentor QA engineers and foster quality culture.
• Monitor production quality across multi-region deployments.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years QA/Quality Engineering with lead or senior roles.
• Hands-on E2E, regression, exploratory, and API testing.
• Strong SQL skills for defect investigation and data validation.
• Production release experience with go/no-go decisions under pressure.
• Tool proficiency: Postman, Swagger, mock tools, TestRail, Jira.
• Agile/Scrum and CI/CD pipelines.
