• Manage QA team; set testing standards and priorities.
• Lead testing and defect reporting to stakeholders.
• Train and mentor QA team members.
• Coordinate test plans and schedules with team leads.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma.
• Extensive AAA game testing across full dev cycle.
• 7+ years AAA QA; 5+ years Live Services preferred.
• Experience leading internal and external QA teams.
• Strong experience with JIRA, Confluence, and test script tools.
• Familiar with devices, testing platforms, and build processes.
