QA Lead Engineer

📋 Description

• Define and execute the overall QA strategy, covering test planning, automation, performance
• Design, implement, and maintain scalable automated testing frameworks for web, mobile, and backend
• Lead, mentor, and coach QA engineers by providing technical guidance, performance feedback, and
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and DevOps teams to ensure requirements are testable
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous delivery and minimize
• Develop and oversee performance, load, and security testing strategies to validate system

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• 6–10 years of experience in software testing, including at least 3 years in a QA Lead or equivalent
• Strong hands-on experience with automation frameworks and tools such as Selenium, Cypress
• Proficiency in at least one programming language, such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
• Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI
• Strong knowledge of API and backend testing using Postman, RestAssured, or comparable tools.
