📋 Description

• Build and lead Central Quality Engineering function.
• Set and execute quality strategy across the platform.
• Design for quality in AI & analytics systems.
• Collaborate with data/AI teams on quality for non-deterministic systems.
• Improve CI/CD and developer workflows.
• Lead non-functional and production testing.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years leading QA/quality teams in SaaS/cloud-native envs (AWS).
• Experience building scalable automated testing infra with CI/CD (GitHub Workflows).
• Pyramid testing: contract, performance; tools Cypress, Pact, K6.
• Frontend: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript; Backend: RESTful APIs.
• Experience testing non-deterministic systems (LLMs, GenAI).
• Observability tooling (New Relic) and test feedback loops.
