QA Manager

📋 Description

• QA project management with 10+ years of experience in automation (Playwright, Selenium) and tools
• Oversee AI-powered testing services across multiple application streams; drive AI tooling adoption
• Ensure CI/CD integration with Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, and JIRA/X-Ray pipelines.
• Own the roadmap for AI Copilot phases and related testing initiatives.
• Develop automation for Desktop, Web, and mobile apps; strong focus on debugging and problem solving.
• Collaborate with development teams to resolve issues and improve testing coverage across

🎯 Requirements

• Strong software testing fundamentals and management of testing projects.
• Experience with AI-powered testing tools and end-to-end testing (web, mobile, desktop).
• Proven ability to build and execute automation strategies; familiarity with Selenium, Playwright
• Experience integrating testing into CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions) and test
• Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills; ability to train and mentor teams.
• Industry knowledge in retail eCommerce is a plus; strong scripting knowledge (Python/Java).
